Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refund Policy

We recognise that sometimes, unexpected changes in circumstances mean that people are unable to proceed with a workshop/program as they had planned.

Should you need to withdraw from the program, 

  • You must advise us at least 7 days prior to the first class/workshop for a 90% refund, or you can transfer this as a credit to a subsequent course (per approval from Course Coordinator).

  • A *50% refund may be given if you cancel within 24 hours of the first workshop. 

  • No refunds will be given if you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, or if you withdraw after the 1st or ongoing class/day. 

  • Transfers to subsequent courses will be valid for 6 months from time of cancellation.

* If a course is cancelled by us, you are entitled to receive a full refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and reason for cancellation.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
