Genevieve Hodge, Director and Lead Trainer
I am a qualified Leadership Coach, and award winning Business Woman, extremely passionate about supporting you to get from where you are now, to where you want to be- a better and brighter future for yourself!
I have over 10 years experience running and developing leadership programs developing hundreds of leaders. I hold a Post Graduate Certificate of Coaching, Master of Education (Leadership), a Bachelor of Business and am a Master Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner, and qualified in hypnotherapy, DISC Extended, Action Learning and am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Through a positive, co-creative relationship, we will focus on drawing on your internal resources using processes and activities to challenge any limiting thought processes and set goals for achieving your desired future. It can be done in person or online.

Spire is a social enterprise that delivers socially responsible leadership workshops and programs to professionals, universities and adolescence. We offer scholarships to those who wants to participate in our programs.
Our programs are based on the Social Change Model of Leadership Development, which see leadership as a collaborative, values-based process which results in positive social change.
We can run short or full-day workshops that provide high level information about the Social Change Model of Leadership and the need for responsible leaders. We can also run in-depth 10 week (20-hour) programs where participants will delve into community team-based projects putting theory into practice.
