Spire is an Adelaide-based Leadership Training Consultancy that delivers workshops and programs to high schools, universities and organisations. 

 

Our programs are based on the Social Change Model of Leadership Development, which see leadership as a collaborative, values-based process which results in positive social change.

 

We can run short 2-hour, half-day or full-day workshops that provide high level information about the Social Change Model of Leadership and the need for responsible leaders. We can also run in-depth 10 week (20-hour) programs where participants will delve into community team-based projects putting theory into practice.

Genevieve Hodge, Director and Lead Trainer

My biggest passion is igniting people and developing their skills so they can create positive social change in the community. With over 5 years’ experience running social change leadership programs at Curtin University, I have contributed to the development of over 300 student leaders from university and high schools. I am a certified trainer and coach and my qualifications include: a Master of Education (Leadership & Change); a Post Graduate Certificate of Coaching, a Bachelor of Business; Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; Master Practitioner of NLP, Coaching Young People for Success Leader and a DISC Extended accreditation. I look forward to working with you to make the world a better place !
