Spire is an Adelaide-based Social Enterprise that delivers Socially Responsible Leadership workshops and programs to youth in high schools, universities and youth organisations. We offer scholarships to youth to participate in our programs.
Our programs are based on the Social Change Model of Leadership Development, which see leadership as a collaborative, values-based process which results in positive social change.
We can run short 2-hour, half-day or full-day workshops that provide high level information about the Social Change Model of Leadership and the need for responsible leaders. We can also run in-depth 10 week (20-hour) programs where participants will delve into community team-based projects putting theory into practice.
